The Manitoba HIV Program provides information, specialized care, treatment, and support to nearly 1,200 people living with HIV across the province. The Program has two Winnipeg-based sites: Nine Circles Community Health Centre and the Health Sciences Centre outpatient clinic, and one site in the Prairie Mountain Health Region, 7th Street Health Access in Brandon. In the first quarter of each calendar year, chart audits are conducted for all clients who entered into care in the previous year. Our goal is to ensure that everyone who tests positive for HIV in Manitoba has the same standard of care and treatment regardless of where they live in the province.
