An event every week that begins at 1:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until January 30, 2018
Join us in learning about coping skills using CBT, mindfulness, self regulation, and other useful tools in living a resilient life.
This group takes place over four sessions:

Tuesday January 30 1:30-4:00
Participants should plan to attend each day.
