You may also download an online booking form to be completed & returned by mail, fax or Email. Please allow 4-6 weeks in advance for Education & Prevention training service requests.  

Please note: The Education team is working hard to accomodate every request and will need to make referrals when necessary. The online booking form is not an official booking. Section One – Introduction

2. Building capacity and expanding knowledge regarding the treatment and management of both reportable and non-reportable STI’s.

3. Understanding the reporting and contact notification processes.

Section Seven – Delivering Diagnosis

1. Identifying education and prevention procedures for a negative diagnosis.

2. Learning tools for the delivery of a positive diagnosis.

3. Development and integration of a holistic care plan for those newly diagnosed.

Section Eight – Pre and Post Test Education/Sexual Health Assessment

1. Understanding the principals of and the recommendations for Pre and Post Test education.
