Nine Circles provide education, needle distribution, free condoms and practical supports to reduce harm and risk.

Harm reduction based services like those offered at Nine Circles strive to provide care in a non-judgmental manner.  Clients are not expected to abstain from drug use.  Instead, staff will work with clients to assess their individual needs and provide appropriate services and referrals that will minimize the potential for harmful or unhealthy outcomes.
