The weekly meetings provide support to help you build confidence to manage your health better. \nTopics include: \n-Managing Pain\n-Eating Well to Live Well\n-Dealing with Fatigue and Frustration\n-Increasing Energy Levels\n-Using Medication Effectively\n-Starting an Exercise Program\n-Communicating with Your Doctor\n-Setting and Meeting your Health Goals \n We meet once a week for 6 weeks.  A meal and bus tickets are provided each time!   \nParticipants must register in advance to attend\, and plan to attend all 6 sessions.
