An event every month that begins at 6:30pm on day Second of the month, repeating until June 30, 2019
Join our Mental Health Therapists on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 6:30-7:30 to learn different coping skills. Each session will begin with an explanation of a coping skill and then we’ll practice the skill. All are welcome!
