Client Survey Drop-In Day!

We want to hear from you!
Join us in the Gathering Place to fill out your 2017 client survey, either on paper or online. There will be assistants on hand to help you fill out your survey and coffee and cookies will be served! Portuguese translation will be available.
The survey closes May 18th so be sure to fill one out and have your say!
(surveys are also available in our reception area, drop by anytime to fill one out)
