Our Management Team

Nine Circles’ Management Team is led by the Executive Director and includes the Medical Director, Primary Care Director, Director of Prevention, Testing and Wellness, and Finance Director. This team ensures that all Nine Circles programs and services reflect the priorities identified in the Nine Circles Strategic Plan, are evidence-based, and are delivered in a flexible and responsive manner.

Our Board of Directors

Nine Circles’ Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring the effective management of the agency. As a governance board, directors are not actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the agency; they provide leadership by developing a vision, plan and overarching policies and principles. They are also responsible for selecting the Executive Director and reviewing their performance.

Nine Circles understands that client participation on governing boards ensures greater focus on the scope of the care delivered and capacity to respond to the needs of the diverse communities. Nine Circles’ Board of Directors prioritizes opportunities for greater, and more meaningful, engagement of clients in governance, complemented by skilled members of the broader community.

Any individual who supports the mandate, goals and objectives of Nine Circles Community Health Centre can apply to become a Member. Any Member in good standing may submit their name for board consideration. The membership elects the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting in June.
