An event every month that begins at 2:30pm on day First of the month, repeating until March 31, 2020
Join us for our monthly group dedicated to goal-setting on the first Friday of every month at 2:30!
During the group we will:
-Set our own personal action plans – something you would like to accomplish
-Learn problem solving techniques
-Check in on our progress
-Brainstorm ideas for next time!
Your goal can be anything that you would like. Would you like to work on your health, diet, communication skills, your home, your habits… you name it!
