Come join us for this 4 week program!
The group will meet on Tuesdays October 2, 9, 16 & 23 from 1:30 – 3:30 pm
We will work on mindfulness, cognitive behavioral techniques, emotional self regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.
A light snack and Refreshments will be served.
This is a closed group for men so registration is required.
