There is a time limit for street parking on Maryland Street by the Tim Hortons and be aware of “No Stopping” zones. Ensure you are parked far enough away from sidewalks and intersections to avoid tickets, as parking patrol officers are in the neighbourhood daily. There is a bike rack room located inside the rear entrance. Bike locks are not provided, please bring your own lock and park at your own risk. Nine Circles is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Our Pit Stop harm reduction services are available during our open business hours and has a maximum stay time of 10-15 minutes. There is one public washroom available, that has a 10 minute maximum use time. The public washroom is gender neutral, wheelchair accessible, with grab bars inside and is monitored during Pit Stop service hours. Select here to learn more about our Pit Stop services. We are working on improving accessibility. Our facility is ground-level with no stairs, the building is wheelchair accessible with powered doors. The entrance and exit are located through the rear north parking lot door between Maryland and Sherbrooke. Currently our building uses fluorescent lighting throughout the facility. All of our washrooms are gender-neutral and contain accessibility grab bars. Public washrooms are monitored by our front area staff during open business hours who are trained in Naloxone administration. Masks are optional for patients and clients, your providers will still continue to wear masks during appointments. We maintain a scent-free facility. With direction from our HIV Lived Experience Advisory (HLEA), we are proud to announce the re-introduction of our “Community Board!” This board is for external groups, organizations, and agencies to advertise their events, programs, or groups.
